KLA Industries, Inc. in Rutland, VT, seeks a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join a collaborative Department of Anesthesiology serving as the exclusive anesthesia provider for a Trauma Center.

This position offers a supervision model with physician support and potential for a strong team dynamic. The CRNA will perform pre-anesthesia assessments, administer anesthesia, monitor intraoperative care, and manage post-anesthesia recovery within policies while ensuring patient

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Current CRNA certification.
• Eligible for Vermont RN and APRN licensure.
• BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality anesthesia care under physician supervision.
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans.
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage hemodynamic stability.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia colleagues, and nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

We are seeking a full-time CRNA to join a collaborative Department of Anesthesiology serving as the exclusive anesthesia provider for a Trauma Center. This is an excellent opportunity to practice within a supervision model where an Anesthesiologist is always present, offering strong physician support and team collaboration.
