Qualifications

• Minimum five years in recovery from addiction.
• Understanding of trauma-informed care.
• Ability to work nontraditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing recovery support services to patients.
• Work with patients to develop and monitor service plans.
• Maintain contact with treatment providers regarding patient progress.
