Qualifications

• Lived experience with substance use disorder and ability to build trust while maintaining boundaries.
• CARC certification or willingness to obtain within one year of employment.
• Open Sky covers certification costs.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in developing and monitoring personal goals through self-directed plans.
• Conduct one-to-one and group activities to promote engagement and wellness.
• Facilitate peer support groups and community connections.
• Support individuals in accessing educational, employment, volunteer, and social opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of peer-led services and resources to connect people with opportunities.
