A community behavioral health provider is seeking a compassionate Recovery Support Specialist to assist clients on their journey to recovery. This role involves mentoring and supporting individuals, conducting skills training, and collaborating with clinical teams. The ideal candidate must be at least 21 years old and have a High School diploma or GED along with relevant experience. Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have six weeks (240 hours) of behavioral health experience.
• Successful completion of Peer Support Training required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides mentoring/support to individuals/families in services.
• Assists with case management and group facilitation.
• Completes daily paperwork requirements.
