Qualifications

• CPRS certification required.
• Knowledge of peer-support principles and recovery-oriented care.
• Strong communication, documentation, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to travel to community and partner locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized peer recovery coaching and strengths-based support aligned with recovery goals.
• Build supportive relationships that promote hope, self-determination, and engagement.
• Maintain regular participant contact with ongoing encouragement, recovery monitoring, and follow-up.
• Support participants during transitions, setbacks, and periods of increased vulnerability.
• Help implement Recovery Capital Plans with participants and the Recovery Capital Coordinator.
• Connect participants with healthcare, behavioral health services, housing, employment, and other resources.
• Document participant contacts, services, referrals, and outcomes accurately and timely.
