Behavioral Health in Baltimore, Maryland, is seeking Certified Peer Recovery Specialists passionate about recovery to provide peer-based, non-clinical support. You'll lead support groups and help individuals connect with essential community resources. Ideal candidates will have a CPRS certification, at least 2 years of recovery experience, and strong communication skills. Benefits include a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement.

Formación

• Current CPRS certification in Maryland or proof of training scheduled test date.
• 2+ years of sustained recovery (substance use and/or mental health).
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsabilidades

• Provide peer-based, non-clinical support to individuals in recovery.
• Lead peer support groups and offer one-on-one mentorship.
• Connect residents to community resources (housing, employment, education, etc.).
• Accurately document services provided.
