Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, sociology, mental health or public service.
• CPRP certification shall be attained within two years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct mental health services to assigned clients and complete required clinical documentation.
• Provide direct clinical services via assessment, group/individual, and/or family therapy as needed.
• Assist in assessment and evaluation of participants to establish recovery plan goals and activities.
• Provide educational training focused on skill building, vocational development/job training, and community integration.
• Create and implement recovery-focused curriculum for group/workshop topics.
• Monitor all aspects of participant recovery plans and community integration.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists for medication monitoring and crisis planning.

Education

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, sociology or mental health/public service
