Job summary

Infinity-Healthcare-Services is seeking an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct, one-on-one behavioral support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA. The RBT implements behavior intervention plans, collects data, and promotes skill development to enhance residents’ independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential issued by the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clearances: background checks and state agency requirements.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the BCBA to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Provide direct support and supervision to residents in group home and community settings.
• Accurately collect and record real-time data on resident behaviors and progress.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical team members to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans.
• Encourage and support the development of communication, self-help, and adaptive skills.
• Participate in team meetings, required training, and ongoing BCBA supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere strictly to ethical guidelines set by the BACB.
