Job summary

Infinity Healthcare Services is seeking an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct one-on-one behavioral support in a group home setting under BCBA supervision. Responsibilities include implementing plans, collecting data, and promoting residents’ independence while collaborating with families and clinicians. A valid RBT, HS diploma, and CPR/BLS are required, with background checks and state clearances.

Qualifications

• Active BACB certification required (RBT).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background/registry checks.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide direct support and supervision in group home/community settings.
• Accurately collect and record real-time resident data.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and clinical team for consistent plan implementation.
• Support development of communication, self-help and adaptive skills.
• Participate in team meetings and BCBA supervision schedules.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to BACB ethical guidelines.
