Blue Gems ABA is recruiting a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings, following individualized intervention plans. You will collect progress data and work closely with supervising BCBAs and families to ensure consistent outcomes.

Ideal candidates possess an active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), and a genuine passion for helping children with autism and developmental delays.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain it.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
