Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by supervising BCBAs and collect real-time progress data to guide interventions.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification or are eligible to obtain it, with a HS diploma and experience with autism. This role emphasizes collaboration with families, ongoing learning, and a supportive, clinical team

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification required or eligible to obtain.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
