Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with accounting software and financial management systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Controller and trusted financial advisor for multiple clients.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to leadership teams.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial planning initiatives.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
• Coordinate audit preparation and support annual audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.
• Mentor accounting staff and maintain strong client relationships.
