Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile and learning their names.
• Handle inquiries that do not require a pharmacist's expertise.
• Process new prescriptions and telephoned refill orders under supervision.
• Assist pharmacists in preparing prescription drug products and labeling.
