Our Company

VCM Pharmacy Operations is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. VCM Pharmacy Operations takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.

NOTICE: VCM Pharmacy Operations is seeking Pharmacy Technicians located in the surrounding areas of Cullman, AL.

Responsibilities:

1. Able to work under the direction of a supervisor
2. Experience working Controlled Drugs (Narcotics) room a plus
3. Maintains floor stock, restocking, removal of expired medications
4. Rotate stock of medication areas to assure quality controls
5. Prepack for floor bulk prescribed medications
6. Package fill and ship medications
7. Responsible for pharmacy standards, maintained and adherence policies
8. Team player and collaborate with others to support the goals of the pharmacy
9. Complete any other task assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

1. Licensed AL Pharmacy Technician required
2. PTCB certified preferred
3. Previous pharmacy experience preferred
4. Previous data entry experience preferred
5. Must be reliable and execute multiple tasks assigned
6. Good organizational skills and detail oriented
7. Ability to physically perform light lifting
