Accredo Tennessee is looking for a Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician to "Work at Home".

If you are NOT a Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician, with a NHA and/or PTCB and do not have a Tennessee Pharmacy Technician license, you will NOT be considered. This is noted under the requirements.

We’re looking for certified pharmacy technicians to join our pharmacy team. If you’ve worked in Pharmacy Operations before, this role offers a new challenge – expanding your knowledge beyond your current scope. Enjoy a set schedule, a break from retail environments, and the satisfaction of helping others! You will prepare prescriptions on a large scale while working closely with our Pharmacists as needed. How you’ll make a difference:

1. Be a superstar in the eyes of your team and the end patient: Select and retrieve appropriate quantities of medication and prepare the labels. Patient questions are handled by other team members.
2. Use your problem-solving skills to help our patients: Work with a team in a temperature-controlled warehouse to ensure timely medication delivery.
3. Create new knowledge and relationships: Start with training and enjoy a supportive environment with peers and other teams. We offer 20 days PTO + 6 holidays, tuition reimbursement, benefits from day one, and 401K match.

What you should have:

• Valid Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration as required by state laws.
• National Pharmacy Certification under PTCB and/or NHA.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• High School Diploma / GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Basic math skills and PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office, internet, and email.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
