Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers and using names.
• Process prescriptions and telephoned refill requests under pharmacist supervision.
• Assist with insurance claims and third-party billing and troubleshooting.
• Prepare and label prescription containers and mail prescriptions.
• Stock pharmacy supplies and log invoices; perform cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and pharmacy area cleanliness.
• Administer vaccines where legally allowed and certified.
