Life Time is seeking a Personal Trainer to support members in achieving happier, healthier lives. You will build client programs, guide safe exercise, run pre-participation screenings, and provide ongoing floor support with top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for class duration and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to achieve goals and retention.
• Instructs clients on safe use of cardio, flexibility and strength equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations including screening, history, lifestyle and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance, safety, education and motivation.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client's plan.
• Remains current on certifications and industry trends.
• Documents all aspects of client programming and progress.
