Qualifications

• Willing to complete ACT 101 training.
• Driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Provide home visits in Macomb County.
• Support persons served with recovery-focused services.
• Share personal recovery experience to guide others.
• Document progress and reports per shift.
• Coordinate with transportation and community resources.
• Engage with families and natural supports to build a supportive network.
