• Must be Certified Peer Support Specialist (mental health).
• Candidate must be Certified Peer Support Specialist, not Recovery Specialist or Coach.
• Firsthand knowledge of mental health experiences is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based supports including home visits in Macomb County.
• Support recovery-based, person-centered, culturally competent practices.
• Document progress toward goals and maintain timely reporting.
• Connect clients with transportation, housing, employment and activities.
