Certified Payroll Coordinator

Your responsibilities will include processing timesheets, updating records, overseeing payroll payments, and answering payroll-related questions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and familiar with payroll processes and related legislation.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll-related documents
• Process certified payroll
• Review payroll information for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with the human resources team regarding any changes or updates in employee information
• Monitor the electronic payment system and paycheck distribution
• Maintain up-to-date salary information
• Process annual bonuses, severance pay, and other compensations or deductions

Qualifications:
