This role is ideal for a detail-oriented payroll compliance professional with hands-on experience in Prevailing Wage, Certified Payroll, Davis-Bacon, and related public works compliance requirements.

The Certified Payroll Clerk will play a critical role in maintaining accurate payroll compliance documentation, reviewing subcontractor reports, preparing in-house certified payroll submissions, and helping project teams stay aligned with federal, state, and local requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Submit certified payroll documentation through compliance platforms such as DIR, LCP Tracker, and other project-specific systems.
• Prepare pre-job compliance documents, including DAS 140 and DAS 142 forms.
• Advise project managers on wage compliance requirements, subcontractor documentation, and potential compliance risks.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, third-party compliance firms, and internal teams to resolve payroll RFIs, audits, corrections, and noncompliance issues.
