Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide therapeutic interventions under the direction of an occupational therapist across campus locations, home health, and outpatient care in Ashland, Ohio. The role requires an Associate Degree and current OTA licensure, with CPR certification preferred.

• Associate degree required for OTA role.
• Current OTA licensure or certification required.
• CPR certification current, preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide therapeutic interventions as directed by the occupational therapist in campus locations, home health and/or outpatient care.
• Evaluate patient response to treatment and provide feedback to the team.
• Document course of patient care including progress and continuing need for treatment.
• Collaborate with the occupational therapist to develop new methods of delivering education to patients and family.
• Assists the occupational therapist in providing team members with in-service/cross-training on occupational therapy knowledge and skill areas as needed.
• Contributes to the delivery of cost-effective care.
• Reports complaints and/or grievances to the Rehab Program Director or Director of Health Services and reports incidents of resident abuse immediately.
• Travel to other campus locations and/or home health assignments as needed.
• Maintains professional/technical competencies and participates in survey preparation activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
