Responsibilities

• Follows the therapist's plan of care and implements intervention plans that are patient-centered and occupation-based.
• Adjusts treatment based on patient response and communicates with the evaluating therapist.
• Performs range of motion measurements and provides ADL training (dressing, cooking skills).
• Documents daily notes clearly and accurately for payers and team members.
• Educates patients, families, and other health professionals using effective teaching methods.
• Collaborates with the occupational therapist and other staff to support patient progress.
