Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Trophy Club in Trophy Club, TX, is hiring an OR Certified Surgical Tech to join the surgical team under the Director of Nursing. You will scrub for procedures and maintain supplies and equipment, contributing to a high standard of patient care.

The role requires completing an OR technician program (or equivalent experience), current BLS, and strong knowledge of aseptic technique.

• Completion of an OR technician program or previous surgical technician experience (2+ years).
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management.
• Aseptic techniques and rapid adaptation to changing patient conditions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication with staff, patients, and physicians.
