Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Scrub on all types of minor and major surgical procedures.
• Set up and maintain a sterile field for procedures.
• Handle specialized instruments, equipment, and supplies used in the OR.
• Organize instruments, equipment, and supplies for efficiency.
• Participate in a rotational on-call system to ensure patient care.
• Follow sterile field setup guidelines for designated procedures.
• Re-stock OR supplies as caseload allows.
• Identify and correct errors in own and others' work.
• Contribute to quality improvement through accountability.
