Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Certification in OR Technology (C-SA or C-ST) required.
• BLS certification required.
• Previous OR clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical scrub for minor and major procedures.
• Set up and maintain a sterile field for procedures.
• Handle specialized instruments, equipment, and supplies in the OR.
• Organize instruments, equipment, and supplies for efficiency.
• Participate in rotational on-call coverage as needed.
• Restock OR supplies as caseload permits.
• Identify and report errors and take corrective action.
• Support continuous quality improvement efforts.
