Job summary

Qualifications

• Active ABO certification and state licensure requirements for optician role.
• High school diploma or GED required; ongoing licensure within state rules.
• Experience with insurance processing and electronic health records (EHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stocking and presenting optical merchandise, signing and pricing items.
• Handle claims, returns, and POS transactions; assist with eyewear orders and fittings.
• Measure pupillary distance and assist with frame adjustments and repairs.
