Qualifications

• Active ABO certification required and maintained.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with eyewear purchases, measurements, and lens fittings.
• Process optical orders and payments, including insurance processing where applicable.
• Maintain optical displays and inventory, and keep the area clean and organized.
• Support OD services and coordinate appointments and pre-testing as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and proper documentation of eyewear records.
