Job summary

Lincoln Meadows Care Center is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our rehabilitation team. This role involves hands-on patient care, collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, and a focus on helping residents achieve independence in a supportive skilled nursing environment.

Starting pay is $45/hour DOE. We welcome both experienced therapists and new graduates who are passionate about improving lives and working in a positive, welcoming culture committed to staff

Qualifications

• Active California COTA license or eligible to apply.
• Graduate of an accredited COTA program.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing preferred but not required.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Help residents regain strength, mobility, independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation per facility guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team focused on patient-centered care.
• Educate residents and families about therapy plans.
• Bring compassion, positivity, and energy to work daily.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines and procedures
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on patient-centered care
• Educate residents and families while building meaningful relationships
• Bring compassion, positivity, and energy to work every day

What We’re Looking For

• Active California Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License — or eligible to apply
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for improving the lives of others
• Skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required
• Familiarity with Net Health or PointClickCare is helpful
• New graduates encouraged to apply!
