Job summary

Pine Creek Care Center – Roseville, CA is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. In this full-time role you will deliver OT treatments under supervision, help residents regain strength and independence, and document care clearly and timely.

You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a warm, supportive skilled-nursing environment that values clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active California COTA license or eligible to apply.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for improving residents' lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Help residents regain strength, mobility, confidence, and independence.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines and procedures.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on patient-centered care.
• Educate residents and families while building meaningful relationships.

What We're Looking For

• Active California Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License — or eligible to apply
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for improving the lives of others
• Skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required
• Familiarity with Net Health or PointClickCare is helpful
• New graduates encouraged to apply!
