Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant candidates to join our team. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will assist in delivering individualized care plans and support treatment across patient visits to achieve functional outcomes.

You will document patient responses, communicate with the supervising therapist and rehab leadership, and help operate standard OT equipment as part of a collaborative care approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with all phases of occupational therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs with guidance from an Occupational Therapist.
• Provide continuous communication with the Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
