Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team and work under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist. You will help treat patients by following individualized plans of care and participate in implementing therapy programs.

You will document patient progress in charts after visits, communicate with the supervising therapist and rehab staff, and ensure quality treatment that supports meaningful functional outcomes for each patient.

Qualifications

• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.

• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
