Enhance Rehabilitation in Wisconsin is seeking qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant candidates to join our growing team. As an OTA, you will work under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist to help treat patients by following individualized plans of care.

You will assist with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment, develop and implement treatment programs based on patient needs, and discuss progress with patients.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.

As an Enhance Rehabilitation occupational therapist assistant, working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will be a part of growing team.
