Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our growing team. You will work under the guidance of an occupational therapist to support patient care and execute individualized plans of care.

You will assist with all phases of OT treatment, discuss progress with patients, and maintain meticulous charts, while communicating with therapists and staff to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates.
• Work under the guidance of an occupational therapist.
• Care plans developed by licensed OT professionals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
