Job summary

Stadium Place Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking Occupational Therapist assistants (COTA) for a full-time role. Salary range is dependent upon years of experience, with a $7,500 retention bonus available.

• Administer a treatment program with goals determined by patient capacity and tolerance under Physician direction.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient-centered treatment and care.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing direct patient care to assess their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions and potential for rehabilitation.

• Administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient’s capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician.

• Document and record the patients’ condition and educate patients and families in an appropriate physical therapy method.

• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care.
