Position Overview
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)to join our growing team!
This is a full-time, mobile positionproviding services in home and community-based settings. The COTA will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans, support developmental progress, and collaborate closely with families.

Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services in home and community settings
- Support children in achieving developmental milestones
- Educate and collaborate with caregivers for carryover of skills
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Maintain consistent communication with supervising therapist and team
Qualifications
- Active Texas Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)license
- Experience with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a mobile setting
- Passion for play-based, child-centered therapy
