Concierge Home Care in Sanford, FL is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a flexible schedule, 4 days per week. You will provide 1:1 in-home therapy, support ADLs, and collaborate with supervising OT to monitor progress. AI-assisted charting and WellSky/Kinnser EMR streamline documentation while minimizing paperwork.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida or compact COTA license.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed OT.
• Assist patients with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Complete documentation using AI-assisted tools.
