Grand River Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join the Rehabilitation Services team in the Care Center. You will support treatment plans designed by the supervising therapist to help residents regain daily living skills in a long-term care setting.
You will work under supervision, document progress, and maintain a clean, organized work environment while providing patient-centered care and coordinating with the rehabilitation team and physicians.

The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) serves as a member of the Rehabilitation Services department at ourCare Center.They will assistin the implementation of treatment plansin a long-term care environment designed by the supervising therapist to help patients develop, regain or maintain their ability to perform daily activities.
