Your Role

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans that help residents achieve their highest level of independence
• Accurately document treatments, resident progress, and outcomes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional resident-centered care
• Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques
• Follow all state and federal regulations
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Current Colorado Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license or eligibility for Colorado licensure
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Strong communication and documentation skills
