Grand River Health Care Center in Rifle, Colorado seeks an Occupational Therapist to lead individualized therapy plans for residents in a small, community-focused long-term care setting.
You will develop treatment plans, teach adaptive techniques, and work within an interdisciplinary team to maximize residents’ independence and quality of life.

The Occupational Therapist is a key part of our Care Center team, helping residents maximize independence and quality of life through personalized therapy plans. In our community-centered residence (built in 2020), you’ll work with no more than 54 residents in a supportive, above-average-rated facility that takes pride in providing exceptional care.
