Grand River Health in Rifle, CO is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time day shift in our Care Center. You will develop personalized treatment plans to maximize residents' independence and quality of life, collaborate with an inter-disciplinary team, and contribute to a community-focused facility with strong ratings.
Ideal candidates have an OT degree (Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate), CO license, and current BLS CPR certification; long-term care experience is preferred.

The Occupational Therapist is a key part of our Care Center team, helping residents maximize independence and quality of life through personalized therapy plans. In our community-centered residence (built in 2020), you’ll work with no more than 54 residents in a supportive, above-average-rated facility that takes pride in providing exceptional care.
