Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a dedicated home health Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to serve adults and geriatric patients in Orland Park and surrounding areas. You will provide occupational therapy services under OT supervision, helping patients regain independence in their homes.

The role offers a flexible schedule, consistent patient volume through our agency network, and ongoing mentorship. A tablet with data plan is provided to support documentation and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation for home visits.
• Basic comfort with technology – email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Provide home health occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT.
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain independence.
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided).

Compensation and Benefits*

• The visit rate for this role ranges from $35-45 per visit

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
