Job summary

InHome Therapy is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to serve adult and geriatric patients in and around Deerfield Beach, FL. You’ll work with a supportive team, manage a per-visit caseload, and help clients regain independence in their homes.

Requirements include an active COTA license, BLS CPR, reliable transportation, and comfort with EMR and digital communication. You’ll receive paid training, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for professional growth.

• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
