Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking licensed COTAs to deliver compassionate home health care to adults and geriatrics in Highland Park and surrounding areas. You’ll manage your own schedule with autonomy over daily caseload while receiving steady referrals through our agency partner network.

This role offers a per-visit compensation model, mileage reimbursement, paid training, mentorship, and access to clinical and administrative support to help you grow into leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active COTA license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.
• Comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR).

Responsibilities

• Provide home health occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT.
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes to help regain independence.
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided).

• IHT COTA Clinical Excellence Bonus - earn additional weekly pay based on visit complexity and volume
• The visit rate for this role ranges from $35 - $45 per visit
• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Additional offerings may include 401(k), life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
