Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a dedicated COTA to deliver home health occupational therapy to adults and geriatric patients in Fort Pierce and surrounding areas. The role offers full-time and part-time options with autonomy over scheduling and patient volume.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic comfort with technology—email, texting, EMR systems (training provided).

• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain independence.
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided).

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
