Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking full-time COTAs to deliver home health occupational therapy in and around Aurora. You will manage a flexible schedule, own your time, and provide care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes.

Responsibilities include delivering OT services under supervision, documenting care accurately, and contributing to a compassionate, therapy-first practice. Per-visit compensation ranges with a focus on quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active COTA license in good standing.
• BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.
• Comfort with technology (email, EMR) is expected.

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
