Job summary

InHome Therapy in Fort Lauderdale is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to serve adults and geriatric patients in clients' homes. You will join a therapy-first team with flexible scheduling and a steady caseload, supporting autonomy for both therapists and patients.

The role emphasizes supervision by an OT, documentation in EMR, and opportunities for growth, mentorship, and mileage reimbursement. A tablet with data plan is provided.

Qualifications

• Active COTA license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.

This Position Compensation Details

• This position is paid on a per‑visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
