InHome Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver home health services to adults and geriatric patients in the Deerfield Beach area. You will provide therapy under supervision, promoting independence in the patient's home setting and coordinating with a broader therapy team.

We offer flexible scheduling, consistent patient volume, and strong clinical/administrative support.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR)

Responsibilities

• Provide home health occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT.
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain independence.
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided).

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
