PurposeCare is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide skilled OT visits in patients' homes across Illinois. Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state where applying.
• 1 year of occupational therapy assistant experience preferred – home health experience preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity (up to 50 lbs, bending, standing).
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, or access to dependable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled OT visits in patients' homes addressing the full scope of their needs.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with autonomy.
