Job summary

PurposeCare is a leading provider of home care and home health services in the Midwest, serving thousands of clients monthly. We seek a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver skilled visits in patients' homes, with autonomy to make clinical decisions and a focus on holistic, real-life therapy.

Applicants should have a state OT license and at least one year of experience; home health and OASIS familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state you are applying to.
• 1 year of occupational therapist experience is preferred - home health and OASIS experience preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, including heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled visits addressing the full scope of a patient's needs in their home.
• Assist patients to achieve meaningful progress in daily life and recovery.
• Deliver holistic care with autonomy and clinical decision-making within home health.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state in which you are applying
• 1 year of occupational therapist experience is preferred - home health and OASIS experience preferred
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
